This is a photo taken with my iphone 5s and changed to black and white with a tonal filter on camera+. I am pleased that you can still see the light streams shining through the trees.

I have been given the black and white photo challenge by desleyjane at musings of a frequent flying scientist. She has posted some really great black/white photos and I will try to do the same. The bar is high. I will also use this photo for the photo101Rehab started by Lucile De Godoy.

The challenge is to post a black and white photo every day for 5 days and nominate someone else each day. Since I have seen him post great colorful photos, I will nominate D’Way Crafts to consider joining us in taking some black and white photos too.

I know this is a busy time of year. So if the timing isn’t right or you have already been nominated, I certainly understand.

  1. Look at that gorgeous sunlight streaming into your shot. Lovely. Thanks for joining, I know it’s a busy time. X

  2. Nicely done. You must be a good student. The black and white really brings out the sun’s rays shining through. Good job.
