Morning Moon

Morning Moon

Morning Moon

This morning, the first words I wrote down were in a text to my brother.

“Happy Wednesday,” it stated. “Did you see the morning moon?”

I figured he may have already seen it, since he usually notices such things. But just in case he had missed it this morning, I attached the photo so he could see it too. I knew he would appreciate the view.

I don’t know how rare it may be to see the moon in the daylight but it is definitely unusual. It makes me smile whenever I see the moon surrounded by blue skies! It seems like I am seeing something special, something I need to take a moment to enjoy!

Looking at the moon makes me feel connected to the world and everyone in it. Do you feel the same way?

  1. I am always amazed when I see the morning moon… It is something special I feel…

  2. I’ve got a very similar photo from earlier this week when I was out running, looked up in the dawn sky and saw that the moon was still there as well. It’s very special that we could share this on opposite sides of the worlds. 🌏

  3. Wonderful picture Terri. when I left for work, about the same size of moon, but still shining its reflection, as it was VERY early morning! 🙂
Always love the moon and feeling connected to the world! 🙂

  4. I saw it here before sunrise and it was awesome.

  5. In tropical regions, you could see morning moons at-least 4-5 days every month in western horizon, but not over-head, as shown here….
