Ode To The Sun

Ode To The Sun

The heat of your affection
Brings warmth to my face
As my heart starts to race

Your light gives direction
Toward you I run
Oh, glorious sun

You brighten my day
You highlight my way
My steps you will map
My flow you will tap
At the point of no return
Destiny to learn

  1. Great job! I think it’s a perfect description of the sun. You could also flip it and make it about a significant other. Kind of mysterious lol. Awesome!

  2. Good flow, nice wording, classic subject

  3. And you again bring poetry in great style. Absolutely beautiful!

  4. A nice light poem …easy to read and light on words, Don’t have to say a lot to mean a lot. =^,,^=
