February-The Changing Seasons V2
February Haiku (Fickle)
Prompting icy tears
Fickle February sneers
Brutal heartbreaker

Hearts are one of the first things that come to my mind when thinking of February. The association of February and Valentine’s Day is automatic. Red and pink hearts abound. Candy boxes and cards and lockets in the shape of hearts take center stage.
I like the red stones and curved shape of this heart pendant. I have had it for a long time, and it was not a Valentine’s Day present. Still, when February comes around, that is when I find myself looking for it in my jewelry box. This month seems a perfect time to wear it!
