Nature Perspective

The way I see it, nature (and the ability to enjoy nature) is a gift. I really enjoy watching the creatures that grace my back yard. And, even though I don’t have a green thumb, I enjoy seeing the colorful flowers, planted long ago, that still bloom there every year.

It is a beautiful spring day, perfect for being outside. And, for me, today is extra special because it is Easter. I have been reflecting on my blessings, of which there are many!

Happy Easter! I wish you all a wonderful day!

Reflection

Seeing my brother pull into my driveway with Pal in the passenger seat is one of my favorite sights. My brother is my best friend and Pal is my best pup, so I always look forward to seeing them.

Today, I rushed to get my camera phone when I saw Pal peeping out the window. He seems so interested in the surrounding view. I wonder what he is thinking.

My brother is strong and smart. Here, he seems to be in deep thought. I wonder what he is thinking.

I believe I managed to capture many kinds of reflection in this picture! What do you think?

(For Lucile’s Photo Rehab Clinic, I took this picture with my i phone 5s and edited with the camera+ app. Edits included use of the portrait scene to adjust lighting, increasing contrast, straightening the shot, free form cropping and adding black framing.)
